Shipping Policy

Orders over $200 will receive free shipping providing the ship-to address is the same.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

Production time takes 2 business days.

Shipping Method: UPS Ground. Overnight and 2nd day service is available.

Priority shipments are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Orders with overnight or 2nd Day Service will require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, PlaqueMagic cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Shipments require a physical address if sent through UPS. Addresses with a P.O. Box will be sent U.S. Postal Service.

We’re sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account,click on the ‘orders’ tab to view your orders, then call or email us with your order number and billing information. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
