About The Plaques

It’s Magic! Our digital graphics are reproduced with photo-lab quality dye sublimation inks that are printed and pressed on a metal plate. The metal plate is then adhered to a wooden plaque.

Over extended periods of time, the plaques will have limited color-fastness when exposed to direct sunlight

The image surface is scratch, soil, and water resistant.

Yes. The resolution is higher (300 DPI) on the actual plaques than on the web page (72 DPI).

Guaranty

Since you are customizing your plaque, we are confident that you will be happy with your PlaqueMagic. If the plaque arrives to you faulty or damaged we will provide a replacement at no charge.

Artwork

The preferred art or logo should be provided as a PNG file, however JPG files are also accepted. JPG files might have a white box around the image whereas PNG files typically will have a transparent background. You may find yourself in a situation where you only have a JPG that shows up with a white background and it takes away from the plaque. Use the buttons below to make the conversion to a transparent PNG:

Only if you have the permission from the owner of the trademark. For example. You are not permitted to use the Mickey Mouse trademark on our plaques without Disney’s permission.

Yes, but please give credit to the author/writer whenever possible.

Domes and Labels

White labels are available for sale under resources → buy more labels.

It all depends on the character height. Ideally, 1-4 lines is best.

Each plaque has a label made specifically for that plaque. You can see the label on the picture of each plaque and under resources → buy more labels. Click on the label of your choice and you can hover over the label to enlarge it for better viewing.

Additional labels and domes are available for sale. Click on your plaque background, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “order more labels”. They are also available under Resources → Buy More Labels

No. The domes are made of non-yellowing polyurethane.
